Arts, Crafts and
Food Vendor booth space will be made available Friday evening and all day
Saturday, June 29th and 30th, during the Seventh Annual
Charlestown Founders Day Celebration. An area will be designated for arts,
crafts and food vendors, within Charlestown’s Greenway Park. Greenway Park is
easily accessible by traveling two blocks west of Market Street (State Road #3)
on Main Street to Spring Street. Once on Spring Street, the main entrance to
Greenway Park in one block on the right. For more convenience, click HERE

There
are four (4) vendor categories. You may register in one or more
categories and pay the appropriate entry fee (s), which must accompany your
application. Register early in order to make sure your space is
reserved. The mail in deadline is June 1, 2007. No refunds
after June 1, 2007. Payment should be made with a money order or
cashiers check.

Festival Hours -
Friday, June 29th from 4:00 p.m. (EDST) until 10:30 p.m. (EDST)
Saturday, June 30th from 9:00 a.m. (EDST) until 10:30 p.m. (EDST)
Vendor Categories (click on the below links for more information about each)
Booth space will be available in 10’ x 10’ or 10’ x 20’ sizes, with 110 and/or 220 electrical supply available.
2007 Vendor Booth/Stand Space Rental Fees:
Arts & Crafts / Exhibitors - 10' x 10' space = $50.00; 10' x 20' space = $100.00, or push cart = $50.00
For-Profit Food Vendors - 10' x 10' space = $125.00; or, 10' x 20' space = $200.00
Non-Profit Food Vendors - 10' x 10' space = $100.00; or, 10' x 20' space = $175.00
If electricity is needed, please specify voltage and add $50.00 to rental fee (unless non-profit food sales)
Vendors
are required to remain open during festival hours. Vendors may not
dismantle and/or remove their booths during festival hours. Vendors
leaving the festival before it is over may not be invited back the next year.
All properly registered vendors will receive two parking permits for the parking of two vehicles within the reserved vendor parking area (click here for a street map). Note: A car or truck pulling a trailer or camper is considered two vehicles.
