Wide Yard Sale
The Charlestown Beautification Committee, in conjunction with Founder's Day, will hold their third annual Community Wide Yard Sale Thursday and Friday, June 23rd and 24th, 2005. This is a great opportunity for you to be involved in your community. Just follow these four (4) easy steps for a successful yard sale.
1. Gather clothes you no longer wear and items no longer being used.
2. Place prices on items to be sold.
3. Advertise on the Founder's Day Web Site. Your yard sale advertisement will be placed below for a fee of only $10.00. It will remain advertised on this page until the close of the Founder's Day Celebration.
4. On Thursday and/or Friday, June 23rd and 24th place items for sale in your yard.
You will have a good time, meet nice folks and make extra money for yourself. For more information, contact Carlitta at 256-5300 or Donna at 256-7126 or mail your ad along with the $10.00 advertising fee to Donna Coomer at Charlestown City Hall, 304 Main Cross Street, Charlestown, IN 47111. Please make checks payable to the Charlestown Beautification Committee. Don't forget to include your address and the hours and dates of your yard sale.
